The Roller Division of Nika Steelworks
Nika Rollers brings together everything Nika Steelworks does for rollers: heavy turning, grinding, hard chrome, balancing and repair. Same family, same certificates, same people, with one focus: rollers and rolls that run true.
Our Roller Production in İzmir
Heavy lathes and roll grinders in Pınarbaşı, CNC turning centres for series parts, and a certified welding department for roller shells and shafts.
From One Welder in 1972 to Ø3,200 mm Rollers
Nika started in 1972 with one welder in İzmir: our grandfather. By 1976 he led a team of welders, in 1986 the business moved into its own premises, and in 1992 it became a registered company. In 2004 it took the name Nika Steelworks.
Over five decades, rollers became a steady part of the work: drive drums for conveyor builders, process rolls for paper and steel lines, replacement rolls for plants that could not wait for the original supplier. As the roller work grew, so did the machines behind it: a heavy lathe for parts up to Ø3,200 mm, long-bed cylindrical grinders, hard chrome tanks and bore honing.
Nika Rollers gives that roller work its own name, so buyers looking for a roller manufacturer find a specialist, not a general fabrication shop.

nikagears.com →A Family Roller Manufacturer in Türkiye
Nika Rollers is the roller brand of Nika Steelworks, a family-run steel manufacturing company in İzmir, Türkiye. We manufacture large diameter industrial rollers, conveyor drums and pulleys, conveyor rollers and idlers and process rolls, and we repair and regrind worn rolls for plants across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
What sets us apart is size and completeness. Many roller suppliers stop at standard idlers or at the swing of a standard lathe. We turn, grind, hard-chrome plate and balance rollers up to Ø3,200 mm, 6,000 mm long and 12 tonnes, so even the heaviest drum stays with one supplier from the first weld to the final balancing run. The details are on our machine park page.
Behind the roller brand stands the full capacity of Nika Steelworks: certified welding to EN 1090 EXC3 and ISO 3834-2, KUKA robot welding for series parts, laser and plasma cutting, and heavy machining at our Kemalpaşa site. For gears and transmission parts that run alongside your rollers, see Nika Gears.
If you are looking for a roller manufacturer in Türkiye that you can reach directly, that reviews your drawing honestly and that ships documented parts to Europe on time, send us your drawing.
