Our product groups cover the rollers buyers ask for most, but the limits are set by our machines, not our catalogue: up to Ø3,200 mm, 6,000 mm long and 12 tonnes, with grinding, hard chrome, coatings and balancing across that range.
Send the drawing, or photos and measurements of the roller you need, and we confirm feasibility before quoting.

One Roller Supplier for New Parts, Spares and Repairs
Nika Rollers makes industrial rollers and roll products for conveyors and process lines across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Most orders fall into one of three groups: conveyor components such as drums, idlers and stations; process rolls such as press and calender rolls and chrome rolls; and heavy one-off rolls and shafts that standard suppliers cannot handle.
Behind every product are the same processes: certified welding, heavy turning, cylindrical grinding, hard chrome plating, coatings and balancing, described on our machine park page. For worn rollers, see roller repair and refurbishment.
