Form submissions are transmitted by Web3Forms to our email inbox; emails to nikarollers.com addresses are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep enquiry data as long as needed to answer it and follow up on a resulting order. Data relating to orders is kept for the periods required by commercial and tax law.
