Aggregate plants move sand, gravel and crushed stone, some of the most abrasive material on any conveyor. Dust gets into bearings, fines build up on pulleys and wash water makes belts slip. Rollers and drums wear quickly, and spare parts are needed fast.
- Lagging that resists abrasion and sheds water
- Sealed idlers for dusty conditions
- Impact rollers under crusher discharge points
- Spares built to match existing conveyors

What Matters Most, and How We Deliver It
Wear resistance
Rubber and ceramic lagging, and polyurethane coatings for heavy wear.
Series spares
Idler rollers in batches matched to your existing conveyors.
Quick replacements
Drums rebuilt from drawings, sketches or the worn part.
Complete supply
Drums, idlers and stations from one supplier.
Questions From the Aggregate & Quarry Industry
Do you supply idlers for quarry conveyors?
Yes. Carrying, return and impact rollers in series, plus complete troughing and impact stations.
Can you match our existing pulleys?
Yes. Send the drawing or the dimensions and photos of the old pulley.
Do you relag quarry pulleys?
Yes, with rubber or ceramic lagging.
Conveyor Components for Quarries and Aggregate Plants
In a quarry, conveyors connect every stage: primary crusher, screens, secondary crushing and stockpiles. Each conveyor has its own drive, tail and bend pulleys and dozens or hundreds of idlers. We supply all of them: conveyor pulleys, lagged drums, idlers and stations.
For worn parts, we repair or replace them to the original dimensions. Send your requirement via the contact page.
The conveyors in an aggregate plant
Material leaves the primary crusher on a heavy feed conveyor, travels to screens and secondary crushers, and ends on radial stackers or stockpile conveyors. Short, steep conveyors are common, and so are frequent starts and stops. Drive pulleys need good grip, tail pulleys must cope with spillage, and idlers under crusher discharge points take heavy impact.
Wear is the main enemy
Sand and crushed stone grind away rubber lagging, steel shells and idler tubes. Choosing the right lagging for each pulley, ceramic where slip and wear are highest and rubber elsewhere, extends pulley life significantly. On idlers, good sealing keeps fine dust out of the bearings, which is the most common reason idlers seize.
Matching your existing conveyors
Most quarry conveyors were built by different suppliers over many years, so spare parts rarely match a single catalogue. We work from the dimensions of your existing pulleys and idlers, so each replacement fits the frame, shaft and bearing housings already on site. Repeat orders run on the same drawing, so spares stay consistent from batch to batch.
Getting the right spare quickly
In a quarry, one stopped conveyor can stop the whole plant. Send us photos and the main dimensions of the failed pulley or idler, and we can usually confirm feasibility and price quickly, then build the replacement to match.
Typical enquiries from quarries
- A replacement drive pulley for a crusher feed conveyor, built from the old pulley
- A batch of carrying and return idlers matched to existing rollers
- Relagging of worn drive and bend pulleys during the winter shutdown
- Impact stations for a new crusher discharge point
Each of these starts with photos, dimensions or a drawing sent through our contact page.
